Ongoing guidance and support for family or professional caregivers
Whether you’re new to caregiving, in the middle, or nearing the end of the journey, we can coach you through the challenges and joys, recommend care & support services, and provide tips & tools to empower you in your role.
But when you’re a caregiver, the very thought of finding someone or something to help — be it a home care worker or a power scooter — is often overwhelming. Who has the best services? How do you pay for it? What’s the hiring process?
I can help you find solutions for your unique caregiving experience.
We can connect by phone, video chat, or email: however you choose to share your caregiving story, I can respond with suggestions, resources, tips, and tools.
Coaching can be offered once or on a regular basis, whatever your caregiving situation requires.
About the Coach
After 20 years of working with caregiving families from senior living communities in Pennsylvania and Maryland, advocating for family caregivers through my position with the Alzheimer’s Association, helping my own family navigate caregiving for my grandparents through stroke and dementia, writing thousands of articles about all things caregiving, and becoming a special needs parent, I’ve learned so much.
And I love sharing what I’ve learned — especially if it will help others. I know how isolating caregiving can be. I know how frustrating it is to find help. I know how caregiving changes families. That’s why I’m doing this. That’s why I want to support others in one of the hardest but most transformative roles of a lifetime.
